Notice Relating to Open Source Software

The Visible Body, a division of Cengage Learning, Inc. (“Visible Body”) software products and mobile applications (“Visible Body Products”) contain software that is provided to you under free and open source licenses (“Open Source Software”). This notice lists the licenses and required attribution notices for such Open Source Software included in Visible Body Products. This document may also contain required licenses and notices for third party commercial software used in this product.
In the event of a conflict between the software license in the Visible Body end user license agreement applicable to Visible Body Products and the open source license applicable to such Open Source Software, the open source license will prevail with respect to that Open Source Software.
